8/21/2010 Apron’s class: “Simple Steps to a Healthier Lifestyle”
This free seminar was an interactive cooking class at Publix Aprons Cooking School. The chef’s taught us how to prepare flavorful, nutritious meals while using seasonal locally grown ingredients.
A fun time was had by all and the food was delish! Rich has offered to host a class for us at the YMCA. If anyone is interested in a healthy cooking class let me know and I can set it up in February.
