We are trying to collect 300 t-shirts and fabric paint for the Trauma Counseling Services for Children. This service is for children that have been sexually or physically abused or have been a victim of crime.
In addition, the counseling service provides therapy for juveniles with sexual behavioral problems, and children/
spouses of our returning military veterans.
These items will be used for activities as part of their therapy, such as painting t-shirts. This helps the children forget
nightmares they have due to bad experiences.
How can you help?
By bringing in fabric paint and Fruit of the Loom T-Shirts in Boy’s medium or large and Men’s small.
You can buy a pack of 6 t-shirts at Wal-Mart for $8.87.
To date, we have 12 t-shirts and our goal is 300. We can use your help!
